These terms explain what MoveMeasure provides and the limits of the planning estimates.

Using MoveMeasure
You may use the website and its calculators for lawful personal or business planning. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, copy substantial parts of the website for a competing service, or use automated access in a way that harms availability.
Estimates, not quotations
Calculator results are general planning estimates based on typical UK household items, vehicle capacities, storage layouts and moving conditions. They are not removal quotations, professional surveys, guarantees or instructions to purchase a particular product.
Actual dimensions and requirements vary. Oversized furniture, American-style fridge-freezers, dismantling, fragile goods, awkward access, weight restrictions, packing method and a supplier’s usable capacity can materially change the result. Check your inventory, measurements, weight limits, access and chosen supplier’s specification before booking or purchasing.
Third-party suppliers
MoveMeasure does not provide removal, storage, van-hire or packing services. A link or calculator result does not guarantee a supplier’s availability, suitability, price or performance. Any contract is between you and that supplier, subject to its own terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the calculators available and useful, but may change assumptions, correct errors, suspend features or withdraw the website without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, MoveMeasure is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an estimate without checking the relevant dimensions, capacities and supplier information, or for the acts and omissions of third-party suppliers.
Intellectual property
The MoveMeasure name, design, copy and calculator implementation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the results for your own planning but may not republish or commercially reproduce the site without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available in your home jurisdiction.
